Shipping Policy — PawBuddyUS


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Times

We ship to all US states. Delivery times vary depending on the supplier and warehouse your item ships from:

  • Standard shipping: 5–15 business days

Some items in your order may ship from different warehouses or suppliers, which means you may receive multiple packages for a single order. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or customs processing and are outside our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email within 2–3 business days of dispatch. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info.pawbuddyus@gmail.com and we will look into it for you.


Customs and Import Charges

PawBuddyUS ships to US addresses only. All prices are displayed in USD. Any applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout.

Some items may ship from international warehouses. In rare cases, packages may be subject to standard regulatory processing upon arrival, which can cause minor delays outside our control. PawBuddyUS is not responsible for any delays caused by such processing.


Lost or Stolen Packages

PawBuddyUS is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us at info.pawbuddyus@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.


Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. PawBuddyUS is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info.pawbuddyus@gmail.com — we can only make changes within 1 hour of the order being placed.
