We want you and your furry friend to be completely happy with your order. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, free of pet hair and odor, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info.pawbuddyus@gmail.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the designated return warehouse address and further instructions. Do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving approval — items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us at info.pawbuddyus@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
To process your claim you must provide:
- A clear photo of the item showing the defect or damage
- A short video showing the issue where applicable
- Your order number and a brief description of the problem
We reserve the right to request additional evidence before issuing a replacement or refund. Claims submitted without photo or video evidence will not be processed. If your claim is approved, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — you will not be required to return the item in most cases.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, treats, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care or hygiene items (such as grooming tools, toothbrushes, or any item that has directly come into contact with an animal's fur, skin, or teeth due to sanitary regulations)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted. This ensures you get the right product without delays.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
