Standard shipping typically takes 5–15 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging. Contact us at info.pawbuddyus@gmail.com to initiate a return.

Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund.
